KEY RESPONSIBILITIES（主要职责）
1. Be responsible for new product development from concept to commercial launch, initiate and follow up development timeline, work closely with internal cross-functional team and external vendors to ensure design quality;
2. Generates design concepts and creates prototypes to support business decision making as well as meet customer needs;
3. Be responsible for new test method development and capability expansion, test method validation, testing preparation and implementation;
4. Be involved in creation engineering drawings and generation technical protocols/reports at different phase to ensure product design meets the specifications and quality system requirements;
5. As a team member, significantly contribute to completing various project activities, including product specification definition, risk analysis, design reviews, design verification, design validation, and design transfer to manufacturing plant;
SKILLS AND ABILITIES（技能）
1. Master or Doctor with major in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
2. Good understanding of Design Control, Change Control, Design Verification and Validation Procedure
3. Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
